The last years my Soul to Soul offering has been focused on Mentorships, the energy and the modalities I work through thrives in deeper journeys and longer containers. I am passionate about these journeys, to walk alongside each unique soul is a great honor to me.
Essentially You is for you who are looking for a deeper shift from within or are in need of profound support during a challenging time in your life. You will set your intention for our alchemical time together and the journey will be created from that intention. No matter if your challenges revolve work, purpose, create your own business, health, life balance, attracting a partner or creating a family, it is the relationship with yourself that is the start and end point. During these 12 weeks we will create the space for liberation and the unfolding of new layers of your essence and authentic nature, and anchor them into everyday life. For all deep transformation to integrate into all layers, we need to allow time and trust in the process, I have found that 12 weeks is a valuable time for allowing deeper shifts.
The Modalities
Throughout our time together we will weave the modalities of Energy transmissions, Breathwork and Astrology together with Home assignments in between sessions, all depending on what you need on your journey. The intuitive guidance will run like a red thread through our time together. I will invite you to see your life from new perspectives and to trust your own innate wisdom and intuition. I will guide you to your inner realms and together we will create space for allowing your greater self to enter, and to bring openings, clearings, new perspectives, clarity, activations and alignment, whatever is needed in the now. The intuitive guidance is always intended for you discovering more of yourself and aligning with your true self and essence.

In an energy transmission I will take you on a journey from a meditative state, the journeys might look very different depending on what you need. The intent of the energy transmission is always to raise your consciousness, clear what needs to be cleared, activate what is ready to be activated, all to access your soul’s unique imprint and remind your system of alignment. This energy transmission will be recorded together with your session, so that you will be able to do it as many times as you feel is right for you to integrate the energy.

The Breath is just like Sound a great tool for taking us out of that rational left side brain space, to bypass the logical mind and move into our subconscious, emotional layers and our body. This type of Breathwork is a mouth breathing practice, and stimulates hypothalamus located in the crown chakra, that releases endorphins which increase our vibration/electrical current that moves though the nervous system. The increased vibration hits against any blocks that sits in its way and support us in dissolving them through different forms of release. We are simply allowing energy to move stagnation and open up new pathways. A Breathwork can be both, clearing, integrative, aligning and activating, so an openness to the practice is always the best approach, trusting that the breath will take you were its needed.

This is an optional modality in the Journey of Alignment, but if Astrology interest you it is recommended as a starting point for the journey.
The natal chart is a blueprint of our journey and potential in this life, a map of this lifetime, if you will. It holds information of our personality, innate gifts, challenges and purpose, where we come from and where we are going. Through life we have the opportunity to experience every placement and aspect in our birth chart. During an astrology session with me, we will decipher your “map of life” together and make it come alive. Usually this kind of session is a gift to unpack over a longer period of time, and that hopefully will ignite your interest to dive deeper into the your own Natal chart and the world of Astrology.

You will be given customized self-inquiries as tool for integrating the energy work and Self discovery.
To reflect upon the Self-inquires is an essential part of this journey, also a part which can be both inspiring and clarifying. It is through questioning and reflecting upon information, knowledge and experience that we gain the wisdom, that resonate in our deepest of layers.
I inspire and support humans to discover more of themselves and to take conscious liberating steps into their true nature and unique essence. With a growing consciousness come greater potential to manage our energy and live a life in greater joy, harmony and alignment.

The experience
I will create a safe container and provide you with vibrational, energetic and human support in moving towards your set intention. What is holding you back will be highlighted, we will tap into the patterning and clear any discordance that is ready to be released. I will intuitively guide you forward and invite you to discover more of yourself and your essence through energy work, self-inquiries and practices.
I will not heal you nor tell you what to do, that is your own privilege, but I will meet you where you are, walk alongside you, inspire you and facilitate the journey forward. The journey includes 9 sessions. Each session is 90 minutes. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom and each session is tailored to your needs. In between sessions the energy will continue to move through you and you will receive home-assignment and energy transmissions/guided meditations to integrate the work when needed. You will have the possibility to ask questions via email all the way.

The journey includes 9 online sessions, the sessions is 90 minutes long. Quantum Hypnosis sessions also is available that require 3-5 hours. All sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. Each session is tailored to your needs and a recording of the session is sent to you after the call.
In our first session together you will set your intention and from that we will co-create the perfect journey for you, with the right modalities with the right timing.

To move, activate or integrate energy in between sessions, you will receive energy transmissions/guided meditations to support you when needed.

In line with your needs you will be given customized self-inquiries and practices as tools for Self discovery and for integrating the energy work.

The practices can include creative assignments, discovery practices in different forms for getting your vibration and energy to move, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, physical movements, nourishment, self-care practices and also practices with the elements and nature.

During our time together you will have my full support, I will energetically be there for you all the way through. You will have the possibility to ask questions via email or Whatsapp along the way.

Chemistry for alchemy
To create alchemy we need chemistry. A good way to feel into if you resonate with the way I am and work is by doing one of my guided alignment on Insight Timer, listening to my Videos, participating in an Event, a Session or a Retreat. Aside from a good chemistry, this journey is probably for you if:
You are open, willing, curious and dedicated to search for your truth and ways to discover, liberate and align yourself.

The majority of sessions will take place Online via Zoom. Occasionally I offer session In-person. The Location is specified for each type of session above.

All sessions must be completed during the 12 weeks starting with your first session. This is to for keeping momentum and make the most out of your journey.

The prices is listed with each type of session. All prices listed include VAT 25% VAT .

If needed it is possible to split into 3 payments, the first for booking your spot, the second start of the month 2 and the third at the start of month 3.

Swedish Health Allowance/ Friskvårdsbidrag can be applied to all sessions. In case you would like to make use of this, let me know beforehand and I will send you an invoice.

Cancellation or rescheduling can happen at the latest 48-hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
All appointments missed or not cancelled within that time frame will be fully charged.
