Nothing excites me more than walking with another soul on the path of self-discovery and support them in taking liberating steps to come home to their true nature and greater alignment. Every soul path is unique, and to hold space for the coming home of every soul´s expression and essence is a great honor. No matter if you are looking for support to navigate a challenging time in life, to gain greater clarity on your gifts, purpose and direction, or to birth something new into this world - it is the relationship and connection to yourself that is the starting point. I am here to inspire and support you on the journey, to walk together with you for a shorter or longer time. We all carry our own unique tone and essence, and I weave mine through all that I offer, be it through intuitive guidance, energy transmissions, breathwork, quantum hypnosis or astrology sessions, the focus is how I best can support you and your soul in the moment. An individual session is a great place to start our journey together. For longer transformational journeys I now offer the 4-week Amplify Journey and the 12-week Journey of Anchoring. In an energy transmission I will take you on a journey from a meditative state, the journeys might look very different depending on what you need. The intent of the energy transmission is always to raise your consciousness, clear what needs to be cleared, activate what is ready to be activated, all to access your soul’s unique imprint and remind your system of alignment. This energy transmission will be recorded together with your session, so that you will be able to do it as many times as you feel is right for you to integrate the energy.

The Breath is just like Sound a great tool for taking us out of that rational left side brain space, to bypass the logical mind and move into our subconscious, emotional layers and our body. This type of Breathwork is a mouth breathing practice, and stimulates hypothalamus located in the crown chakra, that releases endorphins which increase our vibration/electrical current that moves though the nervous system. The increased vibration hits against any blocks that sits in its way and support us in dissolving them through different forms of release. We are simply allowing energy to move stagnation and open up new pathways. A Breathwork can be both, clearing, integrative, aligning and activating, so an openness to the practice is always the best approach, trusting that the breath will take you were its needed.

You will be invited into a heart-based and holistic hypnosis modality for self-healing and exploration of your consciousness and multi-dimensionality. I will be your facilitator to bring you into a deep relaxed state from where your higher-self will guide you into deep healing, wisdom and reconnection beyond time and space. WHAT IS QUANTUM HYPNOSIS
It is a powerful, heart-based holistic modality for self-healing, self-discovery and exploration of our sub-consciousness and multi-dimensionality.
It is a combination of meditation, hypnosis, energy work and intuitive guidance. It takes us "past" our often overactive mind, and enable healing on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
The method invites your higher self and allows for a stronger connection with that part of us, as well as opens up the possibility to learn more about yourself, get answers to your questions from your own wisdom, and receive healing from yourself.
Your hypnosis session will be based on the BQH technique, but as I have completed the training for QHHT, elements of that method can also shine through. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a proven and effective technique that was developed by pioneer Dolores Cannon. Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman, who herself worked deeply and for a long time with the QHHT technique.
FOR WHOM IS QUANTUM HYPNOSIS
This experience is for anyone who is curious about exploring themselves and on a multi-dimensional level. The willingness and openess to change and grow matters for the outcome. The modality is not recommended for those who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychosis or severe mental imbalance.
WHY QUANTUM HYPNOSIS
Healing and alignment happens on all levels; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually - on the conscious, unconscious and subconscious planes and in multiple dimensions.

What happens during a session can vary greatly and is designed by your intentions, your higher self and your needs in the moment. The healing I have seen with this modality is profound and often activate a long time after the session ends.
HOW IT WORKS
There are 4 parts of the session,The preparation, some questions will be sent to you beforehand so that I can be prepared for our conversation, your intention setting and hypnosis.
The conversation, a conversation about you, your life and what your intention for the day is, as well as what questions you have for the session. The conversation can be therapeutic in itself, but is also important so that I can be your best guide and interpreter during your hypnosis.
The hypnosis, I will guide you into a deep relaxation but you will still be partly aware and in charge of your experience and I will keep asking you questions during the whole journey/hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural state that we experience just before sleep, when waking up and also can happen in the shower, when we are driving or doing a monoton practice. Day-dreaming is a light form of hypnosis. Most remember big parts of their sessions (not like in the movies). The depth of the hypnotic state varies and have no correlation to the effect of the session. We are all naturally increasingly connected to our higher-self, meaning that we no longer need to go that deep to get in contact with that part of ourself. The hypnosis will be recorded for you to keep, so that you can go back and listen if you would choose to do so.
The de-brief, we will talk about the highlights of your session, you will have time to ask questions and most of all I will see to that you are back in the present and in your body before leaving the session.

Before our time together I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire answering some questions about your life. I will intuitively guide you through a conversation before the hypnosis, where you will conclude the main reason for your session, the main questions you have for yourself and the what form of healing and exploration that feels most important for you during our time together. I will let my intuition together with your higher self guide you through the hypnosis.

Initiating a new cycle
During this bespoke astrology session with me, we will decipher your “map of life” together and make it come alive. We will look into the year to come and how the new emerging cycle plays out in your Natal chart. Usually this kind of session is a gift to unpack over a longer period of time, and that hopefully will ignite your interest to dive deeper into the your own Natal chart and the world of Astrology. After the session you will receive a bespoke guided meditation so that you can engage energetically with the most activated and current parts of your Natal chart.

The natal chart is a blueprint of our journey and potential in this life, a map of this lifetime, if you will. It holds information of our personality, innate gifts, challenges and purpose, where we come from and where we are going. Through life we have the opportunity to experience every placement and aspect in our birth chart depending on what is activated in your chart.
In the Year Ahead Session we look into what part of your chart that will be activated in the year to come.
Usually this kind of session is a gift to unpack over the year, and that hopefully will ignite your interest to dive deeper into the your own Natal chart and the world of Astrology.

The majority of sessions will take place Online via Zoom. Occasionally I offer session In-person. The Location is specified for each type of session above.

Cancellation or rescheduling can happen at the latest 48-hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
