HEARTH - Online Gathering series
Hearth is where our Heart meets the Earth. Hearth is an online gathering and an invitation to come home to your heart and your true nature. It is an opportunity to be held, to quiet the mind and allow your feelings to flow. It is a space to ground, to reconnect with your body and the earth, to melt your heart open and meet others in a safe space. We will nourish and honour our intuition, trust, joy and wisdom. We will share, journey, breathe and meditate together. Along the way we will invite acceptance, release, renewal and integration while following the rhythm of our hearts and the earth.
We are living in a profound time of transition — one cycle is completing as another is initiated. Time and time again, we are reminded that the way through transformation is to come home: to accept, surrender and trust in renewal. Building up to the Saturn-Neptune conjunction on February 20, we will gather three times. Let us gather and walk this important passage and profound transit together.
DATES AND TIME FOR GATHERINGS
Winter Solstice/New Moon in Sagittarius, December 21 at 18.30 CET
New Moon in Capricorn, January 18 at 18.30 CET
New Moon and Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, February 17 at 18.30 CET
The Gatherings will be around 90 minutes depending on questions and sharings.
MODALITIES
Each Gathering will start by Sanna sharing her perspective on the present energy weather and astrology.
We will use Guided Alignment/Meditation for the December Gathering, Group Regression for the January Gathering and Breathwork for the February Gathering.
LANGUAGE
Swedish will be spoken if we are only swedish speaking people, if someone only speaks English, English will be spoken. If you want/need to express feelings and experiences in Swedish I can always translate to the group.

Online via Zoom, from the convenience of your home.
EXCHANGE
As single gathering: 330 sek - 30 EURO
ONLINE SPECIFICS: Live attendance is not required but appreciated. Class will be recorded and sent to all registered. You will have access to the recording for 30 days. Make your booking through Acuity Sceduling on the website. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and Zoom-link, and a reminder the day before our gathering. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, check your spam folder or reach out and we will help you. CANCELLATION POLICY: Your space is secured when full payment is made, there are no refunds. We reserve the right to cancel if there are too few participants.
PLEASE CONSIDER: We will be practising meditation and energy work for opening up for other dimensions. Please refrain from any mind-altering substances within at least 24 hours of the event.

Each Gathering will be recorded and sent to all registered. You will have access to the recording for 30 days, until the next gathering, live attendance is warmly welcomed but not required.
GROUP REGRESSION
This Sunday is about exploring the sub-conscious and reconnect with our higher self. The experience of a Group regression is usually somewhere in between a meditation and a hypnosis. You will be lying down with your eyes closed on a soft mat as I will guide you through an inner journey for self-discovery. Where you go and what you experience is guided by your higher self. We will open up for the support from the Alchemy Singing Crystal Bowls that puts us into an alpha (or theta state) where we simply allow the intelligence of our human beingness to heal itself, bypassing the mind, and any resistance we might have of receiving.
EQUINOX CLEARING
The intention of this half-day retreat is to welcome the arrival of Autumn and together make space for clearing and softening into a new season. We will breathe it out and wrap ourselves in a warm soft blanket with support of the Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls, we will sip a herbal brew, receive nourishing snacks and embrace the beauty of togetherness. I will share some astrology musing with you and my reflection on the present energies. Come and join for this equinox celebration.
