THEME
The New Moon at 28º Capricorn on January 18th is conjunct four other planets — Mars, Mercury, Venus, and Pluto — creating a strong concentration of energy in one focused spot. Practical magic awaits. Capricorn energy is connected to embodiment, maturation, structure, foundation, pragmatism, resilience, commitment, and inner authority. With this potent late-degree Capricorn lunation, there is a completion wanting to happen, preparing us for the Saturn–Neptune conjunction on February 20th, from which we will embark on a new cycle.
The Gatherings will be around 90 minutes depending on questions and sharings.
MODALITIES
Each gathering will start by Sanna sharing her perspective on the present energy weather and astrology. We will use the modality of Breathwork for this gathering, breathing ourselves home for embodied completion and anchoring into commitment for the new. The type of Breathwork we will use is an active technique that allows for taking us out of that rational left side brain space, to bypass the logical mind and move into our subconscious, emotional layers and our body. This type of Breathwork is a mouth breathing practice, and stimulates hypothalamus located in the crown chakra, that releases endorphins which increase our vibration/electrical current that moves though the nervous system. The increased vibration hits against any blocks that sits in its way and support us in dissolving them through different forms of release. We are simply allowing energy to move stagnation and open up new pathways. A Breathwork can be both, clearing, integrative, aligning and activating, so an openness to the practice is always the best approach, trusting that the breath will take you were its needed.
LANGUAGE
Swedish will be spoken if we are only swedish speaking people, if someone only speaks English, English will be spoken. If you want/need to express feelings and experiences in Swedish I can always translate to the group.
LOCATION
Online via Zoom, from the convenience of your home. ONLINE SPECIFICS: Live attendance is not required but appreciated. Class will be recorded and sent to all registered. You will have access to the recording for 30 days. Make your booking through Acuity Sceduling on the website.
