Metamophosis is a 10 week journey of transformation for you who are willing and ready to discover yourself on a deeper and level, to follow your own truth, to stand stronger in your own center and live the life you came here to live. Sanna is continuing to offer the much beloved transformational journey Metamorphosis online. This group journey is available twice a year, and starts in line with Spring and Autumn Equinox.

*A student of my own journey*

When I went through my deepest transformation, I did not have any other guide or mentor but myself. I got to be a student of my own journey. Even though it was a blessing in disguise, in hindsight I realize that with some support and guidance, the journey can be both greater and softer. Metamorphosis is me sharing what I have been able to transcend so far from my experience and enable you to make your journey with more ease.
Transformation does not mean that you will become someone else, on the contrary, the intention of the journey is for you to get access to more of yourself, and love yourself more. The relationship with yourself is sacred, this journey supports you to create a deeper relationship and trust in yourself. To open yourself up to your own wisdom and to be reminded your capability to balance and manage your energy and life force. When we believe, feel and express our truth, nothing can hold us back and we create a stronger flow in life

Metamorphosis offers

ZOOM GATHERINGS

It is our Gatherings that will be our home during this journey. This is where we will co-create a beautiful energetic container to travel in. We will enjoy 6 gatherings - a space for guidance, sharing, asking questions, receiving guided alignments and different inquiries and practices.
GUIDED ALIGNMENTS

You will be working with guided alignments during and in between gatherings. This will bring you into a relaxed and sacred space. The transmissions will clear what needs to be cleared, activate what is ready to be activated and remind your system of alignment throughout the journey.
PRACTICES

In between sessions you will receive different practices and tools to help you connect with the elements, manage and balance your own energy, open yourself up to your intuition , your own gifts and wisdom. All in order to create a deeper relationship with yourself.
SELF-ENQUIRIES

Between sessions the energy will continue to move through you and you will be given self-inquiries, to integrate the work and go deeper within the areas that are relevant for you at the time. This is a way for you to take responsibility and own your own journey.
COMMUNITY

To experience and discover ourselves we need others, we need relationships to mirror and meet ourselves, which is why working with self-discovery in a group constellation is so special. You will feel the support of others and the amplified group energy you will co-create.
SUPPORT

Together we will create a container and portal that will hold the energy and vibration for the whole journey. You will have the full support from Sanna and opportunities to ask questions. You will also feel the support from the like-hearted women sharing the journey.

Metamorphosis is for you…

To fully transcend we need to meet our shadows at every layer; mentally, emotionally and physically. When we see old patterns on repeat, we often need to address it in another and deeper layer. Perhaps we only have healed on a mental level, and need the healing on an emotional level, or we need to let the healing happen in the bodily layers. Metamorphosis is for you who are ready to step into a deeper layer.
To find the key to our own transformation we need to discover and reconnect to ourselves; to our greater self and our inherent vibration, learning to better manage our energy and listen to our body. Do you allow your feelings? Do you trust your body to tell you what you need? How does your soul sound? How open is your heart? Do you notice when you enter the state of fear? Have you experienced a silent mind? Do you recognize when your ego drives your actions? Metamorphosis is for you who long for a deeper connection with your whole being - your spirit, soul and body.
In order to fit in we silence ourselves, we give away our power and we end up loosing track of who we are and forget the magic and power we hold within. Metamorphosis is for you who are ready to stop making yourself small and regain your own power, for you who are are longing to be true to yourself and live a more authentic and aligned life.
Metamorphosis is for you who are ready and open to take the next step. You are ready to create space for your personal development. You feel energies and have started walking the journey of self-discovery. You are open to receiving inspiration and activation but are also aware that only you can heal yourself

The Experience

During our 10 weeks together, we will go through five different phases of the transformation journey and let the elementals be our guide. Open up, setting your intention and ignite your fire, allow the water to transform your obstacles to gifts, activate and expand the new with air, connecting to earth to embody the transformation and the integrate it all with ether ~ aligning more into your essence. We will be supported by the planetary energies and attune to our feminine and masculine energy.
