Breaking this word down RE- TREAT, is about once again treating yourself with space to be, to silence the thoughts, allow your feelings, to ground and reconnect with the Earth, to safely receive, to melt the heart open and allow your soul to remember its true nature.
The Condor and Eagle feathers called on me as I initiated this Retreat and it all made sense when being reminded of this part of an Inca prophecies; When the Eagle of the North and the Condor of the South fly together, the Earth will awaken. Within this prophecy, these two birds resemble the yin and yang of our society. The Eagle represents the divine masculine, while the condor represents the divine feminine. In this retreat we will tend to the Condor, the feminine, and invite it into a delicate dance with the Eagle, the masculine.
We all have our unique perspective on and journey with the feminine. I have gradually come to understand the feminine as the embodiment of my soul, a journey which have had many phases, twists and turns. The phase of reconnecting to my heart after years of numbness and stored grief. The letting go of striving for different forms of perfection. The realisation that to overly immerse in spirit is yet another dimension of imbalance between the feminine and masculine. The phase of patiently dismantle the old and recreating an intimate and sacred relation to myself and the earth. My feminine is where my heart meets the earth, and her gift is to love this human life with all its flavours. A great lesson on this journey have been that we need less action and more being and presence.
This weekend is an invitation to being and to come home to our hearts and our true nature, letting our Hearts melt open and meet the Earth. We will nourish and honour our intuition, trust, joy, wisdom and body. Sanna will be your space holder and facilitator, and Anna your kitchen healer.

We will build the energy together through Guided Meditations and Energy Transmissions, we will get the energy flowing with Breathwork, we will allow the Crystal alchemy bowls to relax our mind and bring us to our subconscious and reconnect us even stronger to our Soul and the Earth. You will receive self-inquiries to reflect upon during the weekend. We will enjoy walks in nature to integrate and keep the flow in the body. The food and drinks are an important part of all my retreats, both for joy and nourishment and for reconnecting with the body and the Earth. We will let our bodies relish in all the goodness from the season orchestrated by Anna Synnesvedt who is the conductor of the weekend long food feast.
We will work through ourselves, the group, the earth, the elements and the planetary and universal energies. We will celebrate Spring Equinox and align into the new season.. We will give attention to the spirit, the soul and the body, to the conscious, unconscious and subconscious parts of ourselves. What is ready to be activated within you will be activated. We will tap into our patterning and clear any discordance that is ready to be released. Most importantly, you will be met where you are and with what you are open to share, activate and shift. We will return to intimacy with the Earth and the natural world through initiating conversation with the elements.
The feathers gave me the theme, and when tuning in for a name for the Retreat, I knew Heart and Earth was going to be there. Minutes later I saw how the words melted together into HEARTH. Now, this already carries a meaning; Hearths (Eldstad, Härd) are associated with home and family because the hearth was historically the main source of heat in the home, as well as where the cooking was done. Earth, Herd and Heart melting together.
During the retreat we will work with the energies of the Spring Equinox on March 20.

SÖRMLAND. We will be held by the depths of the fertile county Sörmland, where the hilly oak paddocks transitions into more forested areas interwoven with lakes and open landscapes.

Nourishing, delicious and grounding home cooked food and drinks will be served all the way through this retreat. The food and drinks are an important part of the whole, both for joy and pleasure and for reconnecting us with our bodies and to Mother earth.
Holistic chef and Kitchen healer Anna Synnesvedt from Betula Vita will be using her special gift to create the food and drinks, partly by using supplies from the local area. We will share 2 dinners, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts and fika/light snacks in between the meals. Water, tea, herbal infusions and coffee will be available at all times. Vegan and gluten-free options will be accommodated if informed about beforehand, after booking your spot you will be asked to share if you have any allergies or food restrictions. There are 18 beds spread over 8 bedrooms in 2 houses. There are both single rooms and shared rooms, but only shared bathrooms. All rooms are rustic, warm and welcoming. Bed linens are included in the price.

On the day of arrival, Friday March 21, check-in takes place between 15:00 and 16:30. If
you arrive before we start, take some time to land and install yourself in the room and
maybe have a look at the beautiful surroundings. We officially start the Retreat at 17.00
with a gathering and opening of the circle and the energies we will be in for the coming
days. We close the circle after lunch on Sunday March 23 and we can check out the same
time as we leave the Retreat Space (after lunch, 15.00 at the latest).

HJÄRTSUND is located a 1,5 hours drive from Stockholm in the county Sörmland. Please let us know how you plan to get to the Retreat space so we can coordinate and make it as easy and effective as possible for everyone to get to Hjärtsund, email sanna@sannalign.com. There might be possibilities to go together in a car, or for us to arrange for pick-up directly from the train stations or Skavsta Airport.
FLYING: Fly to Arlanda, Stockholm or Skavsta Nyköping. From there take a transfer/buss to Bettna/Löta, it’s about 1 hour with buss. From the buss station Bettna/Löta we will arrange transport to Hjärtsund, it is about 10 min by car.
TRAIN: Take the train to Katrineholm C, it’s about 1 hour by train from Stockholm C, 4,5 hours from Malmö and from Gothenburg 3-4h. It is also possible to take the train to Nyköping C. From the train station it is possible to take a buss to Bettna/Löta, it is about 35-40min by buss from both Katrineholm and Nyköping. From the buss station we will arrange transport to Hjärtsund, it is about 10 min by car.

The Modalities

In an energy transmission I will take you on a journey from a meditative state, the journeys might look very different depending on what you need. The intent of the energy transmission is always to raise your consciousness, clear what needs to be cleared, activate what is ready to be activated, all to access your soul’s unique imprint and remind your system of alignment. This energy transmission will be recorded together with your session, so that you will be able to do it as many times as you feel is right for you to integrate the energy.

Sound is born by vibration and is created when vibration meet the air. Sound has been a primary tool for creation and evolution since the beginning of times. All ancient civilizations have used the sound either as a technology or a medicine or both.
It is an honor to be the conduit of sound through the Alchemy Singing Crystal Bowls. The sound of the bowls puts us into an alpha (or theta state) where we simply allow the intelligence of our human beingness to heal itself, bypassing the mind, and any resistance we might have of receiving. The research done on the relation between the ear, the brain and the nervous system show that sound balance the brain. The sequence of small bones in the ear, has the function of putting the entire cranium into resonance and mobilize the nervous system, which in turn regulates muscle tensions and the position of the body. Sound simply affects our entire being. I find these kinds of bowls to be especially precise in its vibration, targeting the parts of your system that needs balancing, clearing and refilling. My bowl family is selected to ground and align and activate the Endocrine System, balancing the glands and hormones which runs the show of our emotions.
The Drum works with the rhythm, reconnecting us with our own heartbeat and the heartbeat of Mother Earth. The Drum is a powerful teacher and can take us on many exciting journeys.
My throat chakra and voice holds the sound and vibration of my essence, just like yours do. It has nothing to do with how we sing, it is simply about sounding the tone of our essence and letting it reverberate out as the vibration it is, not even words are needed. I use my sound in Energy Transmissions, Intuitive guidance, guided meditations just as much as through playing the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and the Drum.

The experience of a Group regression is usually somewhere in between a meditation and a hypnosis. Where you go and what you experience is guided by your higher self. I will start the session talking about different states, regression, hypnosis, the higher self, past and parallell lives and the healing potential in all of that. You will be able to ask any questions you might have and reflect over an intention for the session. You will be invited to lay down and I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state and then further into an inner journey, I never know where we are going until we start since it all depends on the constellation we are in. In the end of the journey I will call you fully back into your body and the present state, After the journey there will be time to reflect upon, write down and share the experience. Sharing is beautiful, but not required. A group regression is often a good start before you try a 1:1 Quantum Hypnosis session.

The Breath is just like Sound a great tool for taking us out of that rational left side brain space, to bypass the logical mind and move into our subconscious, emotional layers and our body. This type of Breathwork is a mouth breathing practice, and stimulates hypothalamus located in the crown chakra, that releases endorphins which increase our vibration/electrical current that moves though the nervous system. The increased vibration hits against any blocks that sits in its way and support us in dissolving them through different forms of release. We are simply allowing energy to move stagnation and open up new pathways. A Breathwork can be both, clearing, integrative, aligning and activating, so an openness to the practice is always the best approach, trusting that the breath will take you were its needed.
