The Essence

UNCOVERING THE ESSENCE

I resonate with the perspective of a human being created from Spirit, into a Soul forming a Physical Body, and that this trinity is one reality with three expressions, similar to water that exist in three different states, a dense form: Ice (the body), a fluid form: water (the soul) and in a gas form: steam (the spirit). The Body is the doer (conscious), the state that helps us to manifest and create in physical form. The Soul is the seat of our emotions and energy holding memories from past lives (unconscious) and The Spirit is where we hold our beliefs (subconscious). That what aligns and runs through all of these different parts is what I recognize as The Essence, a part of Spirit if you will, since that is at the core of each beautiful creation of a human being. In short, The Essence is the intersection between our spirit, soul and body. It is alignment, it is the coming home.

I am drawn to that sparkling essence in a human and there is nothing more exciting to me than seeing that unfolding and expanding in a client or a loved one. It is easy to get confused about who we are or where we are going, to get wrapped up in someone else’s story or path or to do what others seem to be doing to feel safer. To take determined and liberating steps towards our essence is an incredibly vulnerable journey that requires a big portion of trust, courage and willingness in a time when the collective seemingly is walking in the opposite direction driven by survival and the left-side brain, but this is time to do it. We are being pushed, pulled, squeezed and tumbled into this journey in this now.

CREATING A NEW ERA

We need every single unique tone in the time to come, ringing as true as possible, reverberating their own vibration, resounding their own sound. This is the tone I am looking for within me and within you. I support my tone, I tend to my tone, I fine tune my tone and that is something I want to inspire others to do as well. As we uncover our essence and our individual expression, our purpose gets clearer and clearer. We are living in a time when we are being called to trust our internal guidance and our deepest knowing that there is no authority or savior to follow others than ourselves. As we are stepping into the age of Aquarius we are being asked to reconnect to our essence, our unique flavor of expression and to allow our own greater intelligence to bloom. We are not here to recreate an ancient era but to use our experiences and create a New. We are not here to be led by someone else, but to take responsibility for walking our own path while receiving support and giving the gift of ourselves to others along the way. Every experience is so perfectly woven into the script of our life, for sounding our unique tone in the amazing orchestra with the New Earth.
