I AM SANNA
I am Sanna, a human exploring life and sharing what I have been able to transcend and create on my path. The search of my ever-changing truth has been a red thread throughout my life and has brought deep healing to myself and others.
My name Sanna means true in Swedish, Sana means healing in Spanish and Sanah is said to mean “be well” in Atlantean language – all of these are great pointers of who I am. Having my sun in Sagittarius (“I seek, I see”) and my rising in Scorpio (“I transform”) aligns with that search for truth, love for freedom and passion for exploring, travelling and transformational work. I have studied and immersed in different forms of alchemical energy work and co-created with wise, embodied and inspirational teachers all over the world – always with a curious spirit to learn and open up to new perspectives.
I speak astrology. I am fascinated by the power of breath.I love to use my voice, alchemy crystal singing bowls and my drum. Nature is my greatest medicine. In everyday life, just as in the transformational work, I am a big believer in the importance of laughter, nourishment, sound, breath and physical movement.
My passion is to inspire others on the journey of Self-discovery. I inspire and support humans to discover more of themselves and to take conscious and liberating steps to come home to their true nature and unique essence. My natural gift is to enable alignment in humans and spaces by clearing discordant energies that is holding alignment back. The energy I embody creates space for activation of dormant gifts, self-discovery, self-healing, reconnection to essence and earth, greater alignment and more joy and balance in everyday life.
Labelling this kind of work is in itself a contradiction. The less labels you carry, the more you can become who you are meant to be. At the same time labels and descriptions help bridge the understanding between people, so here goes, I am an energy intuitive and a facilitator of transformation and alignment.
