Zodiac Alignment - Capricorn - Cancer axis, Balance the Masculine and Feminine
Capricorn and Cancer are two opposite cardinal signs of the Zodiac. In this alignment you will be tuning into and taking inspiration from these energies to find the balance that you need in the now.
The Capricorn-Cancer axis could be called the “Parent-child” axis or “Maternal and Paternal” axis or the “Masculine and Feminine”. Capricorn being the fathering through self-discipline, authority and structure, and Cancer being the mothering through self-love, nurture and soothing. As we mature the inner parents. The commonality between these two signs is the search for security. Intuition versus functionality and organization, emotion versus logic, home versus career, intention versus results, ancestors versus the present. Spending time between the inner-world and the outer-world and seeking the balance between head and heart is a way to find balance in this axis.
In a bigger picture, it said that the Cancer archetype is the Matriarchy archetype, representing a time where we lived according to natural or universal laws, free of conditioning in full vulnerability, a place from where we grow and learn the most. In this context the Capricorn archetype represents the Patriarchy meaning the constraints and conditioning we practically needed with a growing number of people on earth, social contracts and boundaries where set and used. As responsible and necessary as these contracts and conditioning seemed to be, they also have created repression of the natural and universal laws. Today we live in an unbalanced Patriarchal society in great need of healing this axis.
You will be invited to ground into activate and balance these two energies within and also reconnect with cellular memories of the age of Matriarchy.
